The body and their guards

This is the title of a project that I finish now. The start was last year. I placed 8 screens, 50 x 150 cm, and put me in the middle. The format impressed me. It is narrow and high. I sat there a long while, waiting for nothing. I left circling the carousel under my skull. Inspired by encounters, which occupied me, I began to paint. Each canvas for a body. All alone for themselves. Yet they belong together. They share the time and analogy.

I have not written anything since long time. In fact, I lost myself in a newly discovered world. I feel the people I may not physically be detected, but they get to know always connected daily.I see names and pictures and they get more and more contours.If I send a picture on travel, so I'm always excited.

The last works of yesterday I would like to propose as a conclusion. It pushes me now but very, finalize the past and new processes to present from now. This now is since 2, 3 recent years. The pictures dry, breathe life, and are in the final stages. After a long break I'll push them out the door. But they are considered different because the essence of it now is also different. Not better, not worse, just simply now. Other maturity, other force.
The process and the importance of photography for me and my work

Above all I am a painter. Nevertheless, I can not exclude the Photography for me, is it to me as essential as the drawing. I see both as complementary media.On the one hand allowed the photograph to sketch fleeting moments fastest, the other is a photographic subject for me a caressing of what happened to me again and again, how the steady way, which I experience a while with feet and eyes. There are also the gestures of the people that represent a habit again and occupy me.
